NOTICE OF..... what?

Let us guess, you were recently hurt on the job, possibly sent to a local medical clinic, and you just received a, "Notice of Delay of Workers' Compensation Benefits" from a company you've never heard of. On top of that, the less than friendly Doctor's at the work' comp' clinic your job sent you to have added to your confusion. Your anxiety builds and you're left with questions:

  • Am I going to lose my job? Am I suing my company?

  • Do I need to sign and return all these forms this company sent me?

  • What is a, "Qualified Medical Evaluator" and do I need one, or how do I request one?

  • Did I make a mistake?
